We recommend that you make a booking to get your bike serviced. Especially before major race events as the workshop gets quite busy at these times.
When you book your bike in for a service, we recommend that you place a cap on your workshop spend for parts used/replaced, this way we don’t bother you with unnecessary phone calls and unexpected bills, allowing us to get on with the job at hand.

Our prices below are for the labour (incl. lubes, solvents and oils), but they exclude parts and tubeless fluid
Sport/Basic Service R350
Wash: Low pressure wash in preparation of a good check
Overall Check: Check condition of bike and parts – advise if anything needs further attention
Housing and Cable: Replace cable and housing if needed ( suggest you replace them every 3 months to ensure proper shifting)
Pedaling with ease: Check chain wear, cassette and chain rings Lube apply lube to the chain.
No Flat Tyres: Checking of sealant levels and top-up if necessary (we recommend that you replace your sealant very 3 months)
Correct Tyre Pressure: is Checked to customer’s recommendation
True Rolling Wheel: Check for true running of wheel and loose spokes
Slowing Down Check: for damage to rotor, wear on pads and resetting pistons
Post Service Check: check and assurance that all problems are addressed as per client instructions and a post service ride was done. Recommendations will be given on worn parts and parts list will be provided
Service Intervals: MTB – every 600 km or once per month / ROAD – every 1 500 km or once per 3 months
MAINTANCE/RACE SERVICE R 750
Includes everything in the SPORT SERVICE as well as the following
Bottom Bracket Service Inspect bottom bracket, take apart where necessary, replace worn parts, apply
lubticants, re-assemble (parts excluded)
Hubs Service (Front & Rear) Inspection of hubs, take apart where necessary, replace worn parts, apply lubricants, reassemble (parts excluded)
Headset Service Inspect headset, take apart where necessary, replace worn parts, apply lubricants, reassemble (parts excluded)
Pivot Bearings / Bushing: Dual suspension bikes – Inspect pivot bearing / bushing. Service if required at Additional cost of R350 (parts excluded)
Service Intervals: Before multi stage race event!! MTB – every 1 500 km or once per 3 months/ ROAD – every 3 000 km or once per 6 months
Full Service: R1250 (HT &RB) / R 1500 FS
Bike Brake Down: In this package the bike is entirely taken apart and a proper clean out and overhaul is performed.
